Information on District Resources. The Board agrees to furnish the Association, in response to reasonable requests from time to time, available information concerning the financial resources of the district, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations and such other information as will assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed, and constructive programs on behalf of the faculty and their students, together with information which may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance or complaint. This shall not be construed as allowing examination of personnel files by the Association without the consent of the involved faculty member. It is understood that this commitment on the part of the Board shall not be construed to make it necessary to compile information in any other form than that in which it is already completed unless mutually agreed otherwise.
