Common use of Information Packages Clause in Contracts

Information Packages. As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, a Monthly Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month; provided, that at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Level 1 Ratings Event, upon two (2) Business Days’ prior written notice from the Administrative Agent, the Servicer shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent by no later than the second (2nd) Business Day of each week, a Weekly Information Package with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the last Business Day of the previous week; and, provided, further, that at any time after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Level 2 Ratings Event, upon two (2) Business Days’ prior written notice from the Administrative Agent, the Servicer shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent on each Business Day thereafter a Daily Information Package with respect to the Pool Receivables with data as of the previous Business Day.
