Common use of Information Packages Clause in Contracts

Information Packages. As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package signed by the Servicer and for the most recently completed Settlement Period; provided, that the Administrative Agent may modify, in any reasonable respect, the information required to be provided by Servicer in, or the form of, the Information Package upon reasonable prior notice to the Servicer.

Information Packages. As soon as available and in any event not later than two three (23) Business Days (or such later date as consented to in writing by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion) prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package signed by the Servicer and for the most recently completed Settlement PeriodPeriod (or solely with respect to the initial Information Package delivered hereunder, as of the most recently completed calendar month); provided, that the Administrative Agent may modify, in any reasonable respect, the information required to be provided by Servicer in, or the form of, the Information Package upon reasonable prior notice to the Servicer.
