Information Provided by the Purchaser. The Purchaser hereby covenants to determine One-Month LIBOR in accordance with the definition thereof in the Basic Documents and shall give notice to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the Depositor of the Interest Payment Amount on each Determination Date. The Purchaser shall cause the Market Value Agent to give notice to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the Depositor of any Hedge Funding Requirement on or before the Determination Date related to any Payment Date. In addition, on each Determination Date, the Purchaser hereby covenants to give notice to the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the Depositor of (i) the Issuer/Depositor Indemnities (as defined in the Trust Agreement), (ii) Due Diligence Fees and (iii) the Collateral Value for each Loan for the related Payment Date.
Information Provided by the Purchaser. It is understood and agreed that the information contained in the first sentence of the last paragraph on the cover page of the Memorandum and under the heading "Method of Distribution" in the Memorandum is the only information furnished by the Purchaser to the Company for inclusion in the Memorandum.

The Company, the Principal Operating Subsidiary, the Selling Shareholders and the Purchaser acknowledge and agree that the only information furnished or to be furnished by the Purchaser to the Company for inclusion in any Prospectus or the Registration Statement consists of the information set forth in the last paragraph on the front cover page of the Prospectus (insofar as such information relates to the Purchaser), the legends required by Item 502(d) of Regulation S-K under the 1933 Act on the inside front cover page of the Prospectus, and the information under the caption "Plan of Distribution" in the Prospectus.

Information Provided by the Purchaser. All drawings data & documentation that are given to the Vendor by the Purchaser for the execution of the order shall be the property of the Purchaser. The Vendor shall not make use of any of the above documents for any other purpose at any time except for the purpose of executing the order to the Purchaser. The Vendor shall not disclose above information to any person, firm corporate body and/or authority and shall use all endeavours to ensure that the above information is kept confidential.
