Information Provided to Auditors. All information that shall be provided by UNFI to WFM and/or its designated auditors shall be provided in the format in which such information is maintained in the normal course of UNFI’s business, and to UNFI’s knowledge, all such information shall be true and correct in all material respects, except as otherwise disclosed to WFM and/or its designated auditors at the time of disclosure. NOTE: A request for confidential treatment has been made with respect to the portions of the following document that are marked with [*CONFIDENTIAL*]. The redacted portions have been filed separately with the SEC.
