Information Provided to Rating Agencies. In addition to receiving any information or documents required to be delivered to any Rating Agency pursuant to any Basic Document, each Rating Agency may request in writing to the Servicer, and the Servicer shall deliver, reasonable additional information necessary to the Rating Agencies to monitor the Securities. Promptly, but in no event later than five Business Days, after obtaining knowledge of an Insolvency Event with respect to the Servicer, the Seller or the Trust, the Servicer shall deliver to each of the Ratings Agencies notice of such Insolvency Event.
