Information Regarding Borrowers. Before signing this Guaranty, Guarantor investigated the financial condition and business operations of Borrowers and such other matters as Guarantor deemed appropriate to assure himself of Borrowers' ability to discharge its obligations under the Loan Documents. Guarantor assumes full responsibility for that due diligence, as well as for keeping informed of all matters which may affect Borrowers' ability to pay and perform their obligations to Lenders. Agent and Lenders have no duty to disclose to Guarantor any information which any of them may have or receive about Borrowers' financial condition or business operations, the condition or uses of any properties of any Borrower, or any other circumstances bearing on Borrowers' ability to perform.
