Information regarding Breach of Representations and Warranties. The Insurer represents, warrants and undertakes that it shall promptly, and in any event within 15 days, inform the State Health Agency in writing of the occurrence of a breach or of obtaining knowledge of a potential breach of any of the representations and warranties made by it in Clause 17.1 at any time during the continuance of the Term.
