Information regarding Breach of Representations and Warranties. The ISA represents, warrants and undertakes that it shall promptly, and in any event within 15 (fifteen) days, inform the National Health Authority in writing of the occurrence of a breach or of obtaining knowledge of a potential breach of any of the representations and warranties made by it in Clause 16.1 at any time during the continuance of the Tenure of the Contract .
