Common use of Information Regarding Credit Parties Clause in Contracts

Information Regarding Credit Parties. Prompt written notice of any change in (i) any Credit Party’s legal name, as set forth in its Organizational Documents, (ii) any Credit Party’s form of organization, (iii) any Credit Party’s jurisdiction of organization, (iv) the location of the chief executive office of any Credit Party or (v) any Credit Party’s Federal Taxpayer Identification Number or state organizational identification number, with each Credit Party hereby agreeing not to effect or permit any such change unless all filings have been made under the UCC or otherwise that are required in order for the Collateral Agent to continue at all times following such change to have a valid, legal and perfected security interest in all the Collateral as contemplated in the Collateral Documents;
