Information Regarding Credit Parties. Prompt written notice (and in any event within ten Business Days prior thereto) of any change (i) in any Credit Party’s organizational name, (ii) in the location of any Credit Party’s chief executive office or principal place of business, (iii) in any Credit Party’s identity or organizational structure or in the jurisdiction in which such Person is organized or formed, (iv) in any Credit Party’s jurisdiction of organization or such Person’s organizational identification number in such jurisdiction of organization and (v) in any Credit Party’s federal taxpayer identification number.
