Information Regarding Owner. Before signing this Guaranty, Guarantor investigated the financial condition and business operations of Borrower and such other matters as Guarantor deemed appropriate to assure itself of Borrower's ability to discharge its obligations under the Loan Documents. Guarantor assumes full responsibility for that due diligence, as well as for keeping informed of all matters that may affect Borrower's ability to pay and perform its obligations to the Agent and the Lenders. Neither Agent nor any Lender has any duty to disclose to Guarantor any information which such party may have or receive about Borrower's financial condition, business operations, or any other circumstances bearing on its ability to perform.
