Information regarding Taxes. 21.6 (a) If Lessee is required by any applicable Laws, or by any third party, to deliver any report or return in connection with any Taxes, Lessee shall complete the same in a manner satisfactory to Lessor and in particular shall state therein that Lessee is exclusively responsible for the use and operation of the Aircraft and for any Taxes arising therefrom, and Lessee shall, on request supply a copy of the report or return to Lessor.
