Information Relating to Divisions. Upon written request by Customer, the Bank shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide information regarding portfolio holdings, portfolio trades and proxy voting in a format that is both technically practicable and reasonably acceptable to Customer so as to allow each investment division of Capital Research and Management Company to receive solely such information as is relevant to its own operations. Customer shall pay reasonable expenses of Bank arising from this section, provided that estimates of such expenses are approved by the Customer before the expenses are incurred.
