Information Request by TMP. The Members shall furnish the TMP within two weeks from the receipt of the request with such information (including information specified in Code Sections 6230(e) on Member identification and 6050K for transfers of Membership Interests) as the TMP may reasonably request to permit it to provide the Internal Revenue Service with sufficient information for purposes of Code Sections 6223(c) and 650K.
