Information Sharing and Confidentiality. 26. For the purposes of this Agreement, confidential information means the provisions of this Agreement and all information provided in connection with this Agreement which is secret or otherwise not publicly available (in both cases in its entirety or in part) including commercial, financial, marketing or technical information, know- how, trade secrets or business methods, in all cases whether disclosed orally or in writing before or after the date of this Agreement.
