Information Sharing Between OCAD U and OCADFA. 3.5.1 The Employer shall provide to the offices of OCADFA the following information regarding each member of the bargaining unit: name, home faculty/unit, status, rank, salary level, percentage of workload and salary. The salary-related information of individuals shall not be distributed or publicized by those in OCADFA who review it. Such information shall normally be provided no later than November 1st of each academic year.
