Information Sharing Requirements. A critical component of the Case Worker Services is the ability to collect, coordinate and share information and data with the community being served as well as with the Province to support community recovery efforts. To ensure that accurate case files are maintained and that a Recipient is not required to provide the same information multiple times to different people to access Supports, Case Workers will also need to be able to: • Subject to applicable privacy and security requirements, share information and data regarding the Services and Supports being provided to Recipients with the community and/or Province and/or other levels of government, as needed and on request, including: • Through participation in online calls and telephone calls; • written reports; • emails; • other online methods. • Prepare and submit written reports to the Local Government/Indigenous Body. • Liaise with others involved in the community’s recovery efforts including: o Community Recovery Manager o Resiliency Centre Manager o Group Lodging Manager o Reception Centre Manager o Local government The Contractor will be required to comply with the terms set out in the attached Privacy Protection Schedule and a Security Schedule, as well as confidentiality provisions applying to any personal information collected from Recipients as part of the Case Worker Services. For Purchasers that are not public bodies as defined under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Contractor may need to confirm with the Purchaser the authority for data collection and sharing and ensure that they receive authorization from Recipients to share personal information collected as part of the Case Worker Services. The following statement must be included in any information intake form used by the Contractor to collect and record personal information from a Recipient as part of the Services:
