Common use of Information Sharing Clause in Contracts

Information Sharing. HSAS, SAHO and the Employer agree to share with one another all the information they have gathered that is relevant to the matter before the adjudicator. All information sharing must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of referring the matter to adjudication. All written documentation received shall be shared with the adjudicator prior to the hearing.
