Information Slips. The Promoter will provide each Subscriber, the Beneficiary and other applicable persons with such information regarding amounts paid to or from the Plan and other transactions of the Plan as is required to be provided under the Applicable Legislation to enable such persons to complete their respective income tax returns. The Promoter will also file with the Minister of National Revenue any returns required by the Applicable Legislation such as an information return regarding the investments of the Plan.
