INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENT. 2.1 The Client will furnish to the Prime Consultant all available information necessary for the performance of the Work. The Client makes no guarantee either expressed or implied as to the accuracy of the information supplied. The Prime Consultant shall review the information for accuracy and applicability. 2.2 Where discrepancies, omissions or obscurities in the information are evident, the Prime Consultant shall bring them to the attention of the Client and secure written instructions from the Client before proceeding with any work.
