INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY THE MANAGER. The Manager shall provide the Subadviser with the Fund's Declaration of Trust, By-laws, Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, and instructions, as in effect, and as may be amended or supplemented from time to time; and the Subadviser shall have no responsibility for actions taken in reliance on any such documents.
