Information Supplied by Underwriters. The statements set forth on the front cover page of the Prospectus Supplement regarding market-making and under the heading "Method of Distribution" in the Prospectus Supplement (to the extent such statements relate to the Underwriter) constitute the only information furnished by the Underwriters to the Company for the purposes of Sections 2(B) and 8(A) hereof. Each Underwriter confirms that such statements (to such extent) are correct.
