Common use of Information Supplied by Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Information Supplied by Underwriters. The names of each Underwriter appearing on the front and back covers and in the first, seventh and eighth paragraphs under the caption “Underwriting” of the Preliminary Prospectus and the Final Prospectus and the statements in the second paragraph (second sentence) and fourth paragraph (second sentence) under the caption “Underwriting” in the Preliminary Prospectus and the Final Prospectus, constitute the only information furnished by the Underwriters to the Issuers for the purposes of Sections 1(a) and 7 hereof.
