All information and advice furnished to or obtained by the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor under or in connection with this Agreement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law. This provision must not be construed to limit the Advisor's or the Fund's ability to comply with the disclosure obligations of an investment company to its securities holders under the federal securities laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Fund agrees to allow Sub-Advisor to inform others that they are a client of Sub-Advisor by appearance on a representative list or other means.
