Information to be Contained in Notification. ‌ The notice mentioned in clause 30.03 shall be given in writing and shall contain the following information: (a) the nature of the technological change, (b) the date upon which the Corporation proposes to effect the technological change, (c) the approximate number, type and location of employee(s) likely to be affected by the change, (d) the effect that the technological change is likely to have on the terms and conditions or security of employment of the employee affected, (e) all pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on employees.
