Information to be Furnished to Committee. The records of the Company shall be determinative of each Participant’s period of employment, Separation from Service and the reason therefor, disability, leave of absence, Years of Vesting Service, Years of Participation Service, personal data, and Eligible Compensation. Participants and their Beneficiaries shall furnish to the Committee such evidence, data or information, and execute such documents as the Committee requests.
