Information To Be Provided by the Holders. Each Holder whose Registrable Securities are included in any registration pursuant to this Agreement shall furnish the Company such information regarding such Holder and the distribution proposed by such Holder as may be reasonably requested in writing by the Company and as shall be required in connection with such registration or the registration or qualification of such securities under any applicable state securities law.

Information To Be Provided by the Holders. Each Holder whose Registrable Securities are included in any registration pursuant to this Agreement shall furnish the Company, upon at least three Business Days request, such information regarding such Holder and the distribution proposed by such Holder as may be reasonably requested in writing by the Company and as shall be required in connection with such registration or the registration or qualification of such securities under any applicable state securities law (including, without limitation, a certification of the number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by such Holder and the name of the natural person(s) that have voting and dispositive control over such shares). The Company may exclude from such registration the Registrable Securities of any such Holder who unreasonably fails to furnish such information.
Information To Be Provided by the Holders. The Company may require the Holders to furnish the Company such information regarding the Holders and the distribution of such securities as the Company may from time to time reasonably request in writing and as shall be required in connection with the Company's performance of its obligations hereunder.
