Common use of INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES Clause in Contracts

INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY THE PARTIES. 6.1 Each Party will provide to the other, at no charge, as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of the request: (a) such information as may reasonably be required for the purpose of calculating charges due under this schedule and the performance of functions or obligations under this schedule; and (b) information in sufficient detail to enable a Party to audit the information provided pursuant to paragraph 6.1(a). 6.2 The obligations of the Parties pursuant to this paragraph 6 to make information available is subject to: (a) any obligation of confidence in respect of any information; and (b) a request for information being relevant to the requesting Party’s obligations under this Agreement.
