INFORMATION TO BE ROUTINELY PROVIDED TO THE UNION. Once every month the University shall provide to the Union a list of employees within the bargaining unit setting out the employees’: • address • telephone number • payroll number this provision is in addition to the University’s obligations under Articles 9.09(c) and 25.04. Once every four (4) months the University shall provide the Union with a list of employees within the bargaining unit setting out their seniority in terms of hours worked.
