The Employer must supply current information to the Plan Administrator as to the name, date of birth, date of employment, Compensation, leaves of absence, Years of Service and date of Separation from Service of each Employee who is, or who will be eligible to become, a Participant under the Plan, together with any other information which the Plan Administrator considers necessary to administer properly the Plan. The Employer's records as to the current information the Employer furnishes to the Plan Administrator are conclusive as to all persons.
