Refer the dispute back to the local grievance procedure d. If the dispute remains unresolved for longer than sixty (60) working days the dispute may be referred as a grievance. Once referred as a grievance the parties may: i. Refer the grievance to Voluntary Mediation or Expedited Mediation ii. Refer the grievance to Arbitration.
