- Information to Unit Members. A. University supervisors shall meet with the unit members under their supervision to inform them of programmatic or operational matters which may affect their employment and to hear their views regarding such matters. B. The University shall make available to each unit member, via the University of Maine System’s Website and Maine Street UMS Portal, current information regarding: 1) employee information 2) fringe benefits 3) the unit member's job description 4) this Agreement.
