The oil and natural gas proved reserve estimates of the Company, JEH LLC and their respective subsidiaries contained in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are derived from reports that have been prepared by CGA, and such estimates fairly reflect, in all material respects, the oil and natural gas reserves attributable to the Company, JEH LLC and their respective subsidiaries at the dates indicated therein and are prepared in accordance, in all material respects, with Commission guidelines applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods involved.
