Informational Advertising. Commission has several unique distribution channels at its disposal for disseminating transit information that incurs no “space” cost (no fee charged for advertising space). These distribution channels include, but are not limited to: newsletter racks at Commission stations, bulletin boards and cases at select Commission Rail stations. In addition, Commission shall have use of an allotment of advertising space at no charge by agreement with any vendor that sells all remaining advertising space under revenue generating agreements. Acceptable information for these distribution channels is categorized as follows:

  • Outside Advertising The Employer reserves the right to advertise new or vacant positions as deemed necessary. All internal applicants for new or vacant positions will be given first consideration and must be disqualified for the position before it is offered to outside applicants.

  • No Advertising Influencers will not, as a part of the Influencer Content produced for any Brand program advertise, market, or otherwise promote any other product or service in which Influencer or any Influencer affiliates have an ownership interest or other financial interest, directly or indirectly.

For the purposes of this Agreement, distribution of written materials shall include, but not be limited to, pamphlets, brochures, flyers, newspaper or magazine ads, and electronic media such as the Internet.
