This General Release is executed by Executive without reliance on any representation by Company or any of its agents. Executive states that that Executive is fully competent to manage Executive’s business affairs and understands that Executive may be waiving legal rights by signing this General Release. Executive hereby acknowledges that Executive has carefully read this General Release and has had the opportunity to thoroughly discuss the terms of this General Release with legal counsel of Executive’s choosing. Executive hereby acknowledges that Executive fully understands the terms of this General Release and its final and binding effect and that Executive affixes Executive’s signature hereto voluntarily and of Executive’s own free will.
