Infrastructure Plan. “Infrastructure Plan” means the Development Plan as it relates to the design, development and construction of the Infrastructure and Off-Premises Backbone Infrastructure, such Infrastructure Plan to include at least the following elements: (a) a description of the Infrastructure and Off-Premises Backbone Infrastructure required to serve development in the Premises; (b) a description of the proposed location, priority and phasing of the Infrastructure and Off-Premises Backbone Infrastructure; (c) a description of the aggregate demand requirements for the Backbone Infrastructure in connection with the development of the Premises and the future development of the NRP South Campus (as defined in Section 1.120);

Infrastructure Plan. Include a Plan that describes any needed additions and/or changes to the City's infrastructure in order to support the portion of the application hosted at the City or for access from the City staff. Professional does not foresee the need to establish an elaborate Infrastructure Plan for the City, as our solution is a fully hosted, cloud solution that handles all infrastructure requirements. During the Education stage of this project, we will train your team on how to configure and use Socrata tools, including all options for the automation of data from enterprise systems within the City of Fort Xxxxxxx.
Infrastructure Plan. TICD and the Authority performed a significant amount of due diligence on the existing infrastructure and geotechnical condition of the Property, as more particularly described in the Studies described in Recital R. This due diligence guided the formulation of the Infrastructure Plan, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit I. The Infrastructure Plan describes the conceptual plan for the necessary infrastructure described above. TICD will design all infrastructure improvements to maximize system reliability and maintain service continuity. Environmentally sustainable or green techniques will be integrated as part of the infrastructure throughout the Project as outlined in the Sustainability Plan and further described in the DDA.
Infrastructure Plan. Developer shall prepare an infrastructure plan to support the Project Description, with any necessary phasing and an estimated budget, for review by the City.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.

  • Computer Systems (a) The Computer Systems adequately meet the data processing and other computing needs of the Business as presently conducted. The Computer Systems function, operate, process and compute in accordance with all Applicable Laws, industry standards and trade practices. The Computer Systems operate and perform in all material respects in accordance with their documentation and functional specifications. The Computer Systems have not materially malfunctioned or failed within the past three years.

  • Acquisition Services (i) Serve as the Company’s investment and financial advisor and provide relevant market research and economic and statistical data in connection with the Company’s assets and investment objectives and policies;

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.
