Infrastructure Support. Licensor shall provide support services for (i) the Infrastructure; and (ii) any Upgrades or functional replacements of any the Infrastructure implemented by Licensor during the Term. Such Infrastructure support services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
i. maximizing the uptime of any servers;
ii. making upgrades to such Infrastructure as is necessary for the Business to remain current and consistent with the general standards for technology used in connection with Licensor’s other businesses;
iii. implementing in a timely manner all upgrades and modifications to such Infrastructure provided by any third party vendor of such Infrastructure, as applicable; and
iv. ensuring that such Infrastructure is of sufficient capacity to process the data, information and products of the Business.
Infrastructure Support a. All necessary hardware and software required for pre-operative, intra-operative and post- operative testing and programming for the implanted should be provided free of cost to the center.
b. Implant specific surgical kit should be provided free of cost to the center.

NSC shall provide financial, compliance, supervisory and regulatory infrastructure to the Core Business and make available office space and related office services to the Core Business at it’s New York City offices, in each case during the term hereof. NICUSA shall support agency developers (internal employees or contractors) with the integration of separately developed agency applications into the infrastructure provided through this contract. Infrastructure Support. SIGNATURE shall be responsible for providing all computers, projectors, copy machines, network equipment, software, and all other equipment of whatever nature and kind for use at the School. All such equipment costs shall be borne solely by SIGNATURE. Service Provider agrees to provide software planning, design and development services, and shall provide support services for computer or network-related issues. In addition to support services, Service Provider agrees to provide training to School personnel with respect to information technology systems.

a) Execute changes to operational tables to define new job dependencies;
b) Release new job parameter files into operational environments;
c) Support configuration control activities in the following ways:
1) Maintain Source Materials through appropriate check-in and check-out procedures;
2) Maintain and build data layers, software libraries, and executables;
3) Maintain modification history in the configuration control database for future use (such as when a Release is implemented); and
4) Maintain and build the test and training environments.
