INFRINGEMENT AND PATENT ENFORCEMENT. 9.01 Any and all enforcement of any of the Licensed Patents Rights shall be at the total discretion of Licensors and no failure to pursue enforcement of the License Patent Rights against any party shall relieve Licensee of any obligations hereunder. 9.02 Licensee shall cooperate fully with Licensors in connection with any action to enforce the Licensed Patent Rights.
