Infringement Warranty. Contractor warrants that all work performed by Contractor for or on behalf of Company, and all goods or other deliverables produced thereby, will not violate, infringe or misappropriate the rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, the copyright, trademark, patent, or the trade secrets of any third person.
