Infringements to confidentiality obligations. Any infringement to this confidentiality obligation shall be considered as serious misconduct by the Party that violates that obligation. Such infringement shall give rise to the payment of compensation for any Direct and Indirect, material and immaterial damage (in deviation from Art. I.6.2) that the other Party can reasonably demonstrate, subject to the caps of Art. I.6.4.
