Ingredion Incorporated. Addendum to the Restricted Stock Units Award Agreement In addition to the terms of the Plan and the Award Agreement, the Restricted Stock Units are subject to the following additional terms and conditions. All defined terms contained in this Addendum shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Plan and the Award Agreement.
