Ingredion Incorporated. Addendum to the Stock Option Award Agreement In addition to the terms of the Plan and the Award Agreement, the Option is subject to the following additional terms and conditions. All defined terms contained in this Addendum shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Plan and the Award Agreement.
