Ingress and Egress Routes. Prior to the electric transmission line’s installation, the Company and the landowner will reach a mutually acceptable agreement on the route that will be utilized for entering and leaving the electric transmission line’s right-of-way should access to the right-of-way not be practical or feasible from adjacent segments of the electric transmission line or other right-of-way or from other suitable public access.
