Common use of Inherent Risk Clause in Contracts

Inherent Risk. The ENTERTAINER/PERFORMER acknowledges and agrees that they are cognizant of, and shall bear all risk of loss or damage related to, all the inherent dangers and risks involved in the Services at the Venue, including but not limited to bodily injury.
