Common use of Initial Appointment as Associate Professor or Professor Clause in Contracts

Initial Appointment as Associate Professor or Professor. In the case of candidates whose initial appointment at York was made at the level of Associate Professor or Pro- fessor, the first year of service would initiate the Xxxxx- xxxx phase unless an agreement to the contrary has been reached between the University and the candidate.
