Initial Base Salary Increase. All employees subject to this agreement will receive a 4 base salary increase effective on the first day of the first full pay period following ratification of 5 this agreement. This will occur as follows: 6 The minimum base salary for Extension Lecturers is $3600/month. 7 The base salary for Extension Lecturers with an initial hire date in the period 2002-2007 is 8 $3700/month. 9 The base salary for Extension Lecturers with an initial hire date in the period 1996-2001 is 10 $3900/month. 11 Extension Lecturers with an initial hire date of 1995 or before will receive the base salary of 12 $4000/month or $285 in addition to their current base, whichever is greater. 13 3.1.
