Initial Bid Review to Determine Qualified Bids. (i) The Selection Committee shall review all Bids in accordance with the process developed by the Selection Committee. (ii) After review, the Selection Committee shall vote on each Bid to determine whether such Bid is a Qualified Bid. A Bid that is deemed unqualified by at least a two-thirds (2/3rds) vote of the Selection Committee shall not be deemed a Qualified Bid and shall be eliminated individually from further consideration.
