Initial confidence. 6.2.1. The Technical Agents and Aviation Authorities identified in Appendix 2 of this Annex at the time of entry into force of the Agreement meet the requirements of this Annex, following the confidence building process conducted for the purpose of entering into the Agreement. 6.2.2. When the JMCB determines that an Aviation Authority has successfully completed an assessment for compliance with the requirements of this Annex, it shall make a proposal to the Bilateral Oversight Board for the inclusion of the Aviation Authority in Appendix 2.
