Initial Contribution of Trust Property; Organizational Expenses. The Property Trustee acknowledges receipt in trust from the Depositor in connection with the Original this Trust Agreement of the sum of $101, which constituted constitutes the initial Trust Property. The Depositor shall pay all organizational expenses of the Issuer Trust as they arise or shall, upon request of any Issuer Trustee, promptly reimburse such Issuer Trustee for any such reasonable expenses paid by such Issuer Trustee. The Depositor shall make no claim upon the Trust Property for the payment of such expenses.
