Initial Corridor Concepts. Using previously available information from the City of Bend and the Existing Conditions, Opportunities, and Challenges Memo from Task 4.3, the Alta team will develop up to three (3) street design concept alternatives for each corridor. The concepts will include both illustrative and narrative descriptions to communicate each concept to the TAC. A draft of suggested evaluation criteria will be included in the initial corridor concept study. The evaluation criteria will be agreed upon by city staff, members of the TAC, and the consultant team, and will be used to prioritize corridor projects and to determine the preferred street design alternative. • Up to three (3) street design concepts for each corridor. • Draft evaluation criteria will be included in the initial corridor concept study. • Corridor concepts will be presented to the TAC for review. • The city will distribute the initial corridor concepts and evaluation criteria to project stakeholders for comment. • This task includes ongoing coordination with the City’s project manager, and one (1) review cycle before presentation to the TAC. • Technical memorandum summarizing the initial corridor design concepts and draft evaluation and assessment criteria for the corridor. • Presentation to the TAC.
